I wanted to post my successful install so if anyone with my configuration has any questions. This forum ROCKS!!! I wouldn't have been able to do this without it. Thanks InsanleyMac!!!

Gigabyte GA-965p-S3 v1.0

Intel E6600 @ 3.2ghz

2 G OCZ 800mhz

525w PSU

ATI X1950PRO

2 SATA Seagate 160g HD (vista)

1 SATA Western Digital 40g (osx 10.5)

IDE Sony DVD-RW Drive

Dual 21" CRT Monitors

I'm Using the Jmicron Raid controller (raid 0) with the 2 Seagate drives for Vista and the WD 40g for OSX. I used the flat image install process. Was fairly painless. I also got Parallels for My XP install.

Heres a screenshot.
