agent-squirrel Posted December 13, 2007 Share Posted December 13, 2007 My machine will boot into mac os x leopard just fine if i have the -x safe boot switch engaged. However if i boot normally my machine hangs after the spinning pin wheel on a blue screen with no cursor and if i boot with the -f switch it hangs at the spinning pin wheel. The -v output shows that it has initizlized the login window app then hangs. Repaired the permissions to no avail im beggining to think its the login windows.app but why would it boot ok in safe mode.
