seasurfer
I just got my MBP last week, I feel that my MBP glossy screen is not as great as my iMac 24''. The black is not black enough, and the white color looks a little bit tinted with very very light yellow or beige....it is just not as white as my iMac. Does anyone know what is the problem? I tried to calibrate it, but I don't know how to calibrate it. Is all MBP like this?
hecker
The calibration tool is pretty self explanatory. What don't you understand?

macprodan
Use adobe color profile. the LCD`s profiles look yellow on my MBP.. no problems on my screen, black is dark and white is bright.
Synaesthesia
Well Laptop LCD's are just not it the same league as proper 8-bit desktop LCD screens, so you will never get it looking *as* good.
