CK Lee Posted December 10, 2007 Share Posted December 10, 2007 I have been trying to add EFI to my system but after reboot, it only shows a blue screen and a mouse pointer. It seems that the boot process is succeeded but no login in windows etc. I use TOH to start with and then apply EFI which booting in a Tiger environment. My motherboard is Intel DG965SS and Core2Duo 6300. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. CK Lee Posted December 10, 2007 Author Share Posted December 10, 2007 Yes, before installation of EFI, it works after struggling for while on the bootfix problem. I am on a darwin bootloader (installed after 10.4.11) with two partitions - one 10.4.11 and other 10.5.0 I am using the mach_toh kernel.
