I want to buy a Mac Pro but I wasn't sure if I should hold off for Apple's new product line to come out. It's rumored that they'll be an update, but I don't think any of us are 100% on that. Nonetheless, why get one now just to find out next month that there's a better one. Happened to a bunch of people on here with Macbooks a couple months ago. I remember cause I kept hearing people complain about not reading up on sites. At Macworld such things as the iPhone have been announced so it has the potential of being a drastic change to Apple's lineup. There are lots of rumors that an Apple Pro laptop similar to the 12 inch Powerbook is supposed to come out also.... GTR-33 Posted December 17, 2007 Share Posted December 17, 2007 I would wait until Mac World Expo. I don't know for sure what will be there but rumors abound. I've heard rumors of a new 15" portable somewhere between a MBP and a MB, or the possibility of a smaller MBP. I would be surprised if they unveiled the new 3G iPhone and if there was an update to the Mac Pro line. I wish they would unveil the real successor to the G4 cube; a Mini with upgradeable video.
