OK so I've got Leopard up and running with TOH Leopard and pc_Efi_v51. Updated to 10.5.1 and it runs like a dream. Thanks to everybody who helped me (You know who you are) and to the great How-To Posts here.

Sleep/Wake do not work though and My Computer is listed in Finder as "Apple Macintosh's ACPI" not COMPUTER.

I have downloaded the Leopard Vanilla Kexts which include:

AppleACPIPlatform

AppleACHIPort

AppleHWSensor

AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement

AppleIntegratedFrameBuffer

AppleSMBios

AppleVIA

IOAHCIFamily

IOATAFamily

IOHDIXController

IONetworkingFamily

My questions are if somebody could assist

When I updated through SW UPDATE were these Kexts updated/Installed anyway?

If not WHICH ONES should I install and will they help my sleep/wake and improve anything else.

Is it just best to leave alone the whole thing that is 'nearly' perfect?

How do I install them, is it as easy as replacing the original kexts in Finder and repairing permissions afterwards?

Thanks if anybody can help me.

My Hardware if it's relevant is

Q6600/Badaxe2 @3.0Ghz

WD Raptor SATA

IDE DVD

GeForce 7600GT

Edirol UA-25 USB Audio

4GB PC6400 Corsair

The only kexts I changed from a ToH and EFI v8 installation were the dsmos.kext and AppleSMBIOS.kext. I got those two from one of the efi packages. Also did IONetworkingFamily from irc, AppleHDA patcher for audio, then updated through Apple to 10.5.1 and was good to go. Everything works including sleep/wake.
