timeshifter
I can't find a program that works on any of my Macs - a Mac Mini with Leopard and a Dell laptop with Tiger 10.4.6. I can select the .iso file. Then I select the PPF. When I select the PPF it bombs. The Readme that came with PPF-O-Matic says that applyppf is included but I can't see it. I've browsed the application the best I know how within Terminal and through the Finder. I tried using the PC version on my Vista PC with MacDrive. It seems to corrupt my images. I've searched and searched here, OSx86scene, google, etc. for help with this, but there seems to be nothing that's too current. How are you guys applying PPFs today in December 2007? Thanks in advance! Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/74557-how-do-you-apply-a-ppf/ Share on other sites
cbmkgd
I've never had any problem using the ppfomatic in windows, with the iso in a windows ntfs partition. One should also make sure the ppf is exactly for the iso being patched; the ppf information should come with the md5 of the targetted iso (and of the post-iso to check success).
