no doubt you should update it. i had 10.4.1 running and it ran very slow compared to 10.4.3 that I am running now. I am running 8f1111. I would recommend a complete fresh install as opposed to an update. I tried to update and it did not work out well at all. I ended up having to do a fresh install.

Definetly upgrade to 10.4.3...

It will make a huge difference on your system in terms of speed, and supported hardware. Plus, correct me If I'm wrong, but many applications became broken from 10.4.1 to 10.4.3, if I'm not mistaken.

And go for a fresh install...less chance of complications. The Wiki has a ton of good install guides, in case you need anything.

definitely. 4.3 is running just more apps than 4.1 - that is main reason to fresh install new version.

Ummm I don't want to have to backup all my files...you guys really don't think a simple upgrade would do the trick? I also am on 10.4.1 with the 'partial' update to 10.4.3 but am thinking of going to 8F1111A.

What happened when you guys tried an upgrade from 10.4.1 to 10.4.3? I guess I could install on my second harddrive and move the files over that way perhaps.

Any help would be appreciated.
