dsmythe
Can this be done? I bought a copy of Leopard, UltraISO, MacDrive, and VMware workstation 6.0.2 and was wonder if running Leopard can be done via VM6. Has anyone tried this? macist
Since i don't wanna open a new one and inflate the forum with unnecessary, i decided to revoke this one. My question is basically the same: Is it possible to install Leopard under Vmware running under XP (32-bit) now? [intel C2D machine] I searched the forum but couldn't come up with an answer... Thx in advance Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/74205-vmware-workstation-6-leopard-question/#findComment-594915 Share on other sites
pocopico
Why dont you do it the other way around ? Install Leopard and then use VMWare Fusion to install Windows XP ? Or use Fusion it to run your native installed Windows XP ? Times_Infinity
Yeah. Ive noticed that Leopard doesnt like to play nicely with VMware. Ive gotten as far as the Leopard background and then I stopped with the spinning color wheel. That was in VMware. The farthest Ive gotten with installing it on my actual hardware is installing...but i need a fresh blank dvd to get it to work. So I'll keep trying with VMware and do some research and see what I come up with.
