Hello!

I downloaded ToH_x86_9A581.iso ... I burned it to a DVD, restarted, booted from the DVD and installed OSX...

After the installation finished, the Laptop restarted and the Boot from CD screen came up. After it counted down to 0, my brand new OSX 10.5 booted and I was on...

But I have a few problems:

First, it doesn't recognize my GeForce 8600M GS, even though it uses the same driver like the 8600M GT, which is built in the MacBook Pro...

My resolution is 1024x768, but I'd like to use 1280x800

Second, when I want to boot without the disk in my Laptop, it just says "No Operating System" or something like this...

On another Partition I have Win Vista installed, how do I get to the back to the Bootloader, so that I can boot OSX or Win Vista?

Third, it doesn't recognize my ethernet card and my wireless card... Can I do anything to get it to work (especially the wireless card)? I don't have a USB-Wireless, so I need my built in one :D

And last, it doesn't recognize my sound card..

Are there any solutions for my problems? Since I'm really a noob in this, it would be great when you could explain to me what to do...

If it helps, my laptop is a Samsung R70 (german ;) )

My sound card is an Intel HD, but I'm not sure which one

Wireless is an Intel a/b/g/n , so the new Chip (I think it's called 4965)

Thanks for your help...

Okay guys... I know, I wanna know a lot at once...

I think, the thing with my graphics card and my sound card I can figure out later...

The most important to me is the bootloader... Can anyone help me with that pleeeeeeeease... I want be able to go to Win when I need to and I want to be able to boot OSX without the disk.

I might be wrong, but I think my problem is, that OSX didn't install/write a bootloader, because it just says "Operating system not found" or something similar...

And the network is important to me, but not as important as the bootloader...

Thank you

To fix your bootloader, insert your toh dvd and boot into install.

Then open terminal and type:

(Note: instead of Leopard type name of your volume.)

cd /
/usr/misc/script.sh Leopard

Reboot :(

Install this AzaliaAudio.pkg.

For audio input and 5.1 check this [How To] Solutions for audio problem, or this Intel HDA Sound.
