iSkylla
Are there any power management (a.k.a SpeedStep) kexts or kernels that allow for this on Leopard. Or is there a kernel that allows sleep? I can't get the vanilla kernel so that's unfortunate but is there anything else that people know of? Thanks. r4idei
http://forum.osx86scene.com/viewtopic.php?...5d403bfb#p20492 If you have an sse3 processor.... if you dont try using the search function, u'll surely find something. btw speedstep doesn't work with vanilla kernel (for me, at least)! I can use efi+vanilla but speedstep is too important and i swtiched back to a modified kernel Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/73620-ooo-ouch-so-hot/#findComment-520272 Share on other sites
iSkylla
I saw that but people said that it wasn't working, I guess I'll try though. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/73620-ooo-ouch-so-hot/#findComment-520283 Share on other sites
iSkylla
Those instructions are so bad. I converted them to real english and they worked well, I am speedstepping.
