Hi, Ive been having trouble getting Vista and Mac to dual boot on my ibm T43. I've read the vista dualboot guides over the past few days religiously... but to no avail. :( I have successfully dual booted XP and mac os 10.4.8 in the past, vista however seems to be a little tough at the moment. I am using the JaS 10.4.8 AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2.iso and Vista. I install Vista first like the tut say then Mac OS X. The problem is I can't boot back into Vista, something about a winload error... So I try the whole process over again a couple of times, no results. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :D

P.S. - Another thing that puzzles me is that ever time I try a clean install of vista and Mac OS X, Mac OS X still appears to be on the harddrive even after i format with the Vista DVD. I guess its still on my harddrive but I cant boot into it... Is there anyway to completely purge the harddrive short of putting a giant magnet up to it? Thanks.

Boot with the Vista install DVD, go to the command terminal and set your vista partition "active"

diskpart
list disk
select disk X (X is your disknumber)
list partition
select partition X (X = Vista partition)
active

then use the disk repair utility and the vista disk should detect any boot errors and fix them.
