Without more details, the first thing you need to do is hit f8 & enter -v for a verbose boot so you can see what the error is it's halting at.

 

Installing from an IDE attached DVD drive shouldn't be a problem in itself, so I'm guessing the problem lies either with you hardware config or your BIOS settings.

first of all, what is flat image installation??

 

I tried many bios settings. I even upgraded my bios to the latest firmware....

 

I see the folowing lines in the console before it says mac framework successfully initialized

So I am guessing that it has to do with my ACPI configuraiton in the BIOS.... I have AMI bios, latest version.....
