It's working, but it just shows it as "built-in ethernet". Can I just use the IONetworkingFamily.kext from my working Tiger installation? While I'm at it... I need to get my audio working... I think it's SigmaTel 9220. Can I use the AppleHDA.kext from my working Tiger installation? InsanelyOne Posted November 22, 2007 Author Share Posted November 22, 2007 Update: I got the sound working by using the AppleHDA.kext from my working Tiger installation. I tried using the Tiger IONetworkingFamily.kext and IO80211Family.kext but that just broke my ethernet alltogether. Also, shutdown and restart down work... the OS shutsdown, but the machine stays on with the fans running.
