JonyBravo Posted November 20, 2007 Share Posted November 20, 2007 Okay folks. I have a fully booting Tiger on my Acer. Took 2 months, but I figured it out. As the instructions said "ONLY ONE VIDEO DRIVER". Some how I kept installing both GMA900 and GMA950. Only needed 950. Now I can move on to getting the peripherals working. I need anyone that managed to get the Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG operational. Also the Intel Pro 100 ethernet would be helpful as well. marianoc84 Posted January 3, 2008 Share Posted January 3, 2008 Me too I have just installed 10.4.9 on my Acer Aspire 5610. Ethernet, Audio and Wireless doesn't work. I will try Azilla as Jony, and I will pray. What have you used for get ethernet working??? JonyBravo Posted January 3, 2008 Author Share Posted January 3, 2008 I have everything working now. I installed the latest Kalyway 10.5.1 My updated signature tells all. I switched out the Intel wireless for a Broadcom, and it worked out of the box. My memory card reader still does not work, and OS X does not acknowledge that I have a laptop/battery. I also have "mouse tearing" (search the forums for that). Cheers.
