FlipFlop
Hi all, I'm new here so please forgive my ignorance. I'm seeing some interesting activity regarding my connection history to /mach_kernel. I searched the forums and Google, but can't figure why the kernal is receiving data from these IP's. Why would I be connecting to these random IP addresses? Thanks! A Nonny Moose
If you've installed Little Snitch, it reports itself to ensure it's a legit install. There is "no way to turn off Little Snitch tattling on itself" Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/70970-little-snitch/#findComment-503318 Share on other sites
pizzaboy75
install littlesnitch 2. the old version does not work in leopard. it reports any program activity as "kernel_task" activity. those ips look like you are running a p2p program...
