I can't boot into os x because grub has taken over. How do I get darwin back or how to I config grub to see the os x partition?

I can boot into os x with the cd and [rd=disk0s1] command but that's it

One way to get a standard MBR back is to boot a Windows install disk, go to recovery console, and use FIXMBR to fix your MBR (i.e. get rid of grub).
