bag
Hi, I am working with music in the studio (still using official Cubase VST and Logic5.5 Platinum). Some of my musical friends use the MAC with OSX for Logic Audio 7 which is far better than the 5.5.Platinum. My question - is there any possibility to run stable the Logic7 on this hardware (potentialy will need to buy the newest Logic), or do I have to buy an Mac for that? Doug the Impaler
It would probably run it well natively, but native versions of the apps won't be available until March. I have a very similar PC and Logic Express 7, but I haven' tinstalled yet...i oughtta give that a whirl. blimbo
I got Logic Express 7 running on my Sony Vaio last night. Had a quick play with it and it seems quite stable, I'll give it some more attention tonght though. Haven't got a legit version of Pro though.. and I'm not going to buy it on the off chance it works with Intel (i.e someone sort out a dongle crack!) crazymonkeypants
It's reasonable to expect that Logic will always run as well or better, and more importantly be *supported*, on real Apple hardware.
