Normaly in this case the partition lost his darwin boot loader.

search here after darwin bootloader .

You have to boot from OS X86 DVD again and go into terminal an type some commands to write the darwin boot loader again on that partition.

 

Also, in most cases your OS X partition will but up normaly (by magic :huh: ) if an OS X86 DVD is in the DVD drive.

Bios/MBR takes than the darwin boot loader from DVD and boots your OSX86 partition.

 

the commands (diskutil , dd and fdisk) are not to heavy , but be careful typing correct values (which disk number!) you use

for writing the darwin boot loader again.
