I have searched the forum and google, but still could not find how to use PPF patches after a DVD native installation. That is I have now a running OSX86 and want to apply some PPF patches, but how? I will be very grateful if you can tell me or where to read? Please do not humiliate me. I bet no one is born with the knowledge of 1+1=2 in mathmatics. alc0h0lic Posted January 9, 2006 Share Posted January 9, 2006 PPF patches can only be applied to the installation iso's. Get an install iso. Get the required PPF. Run PPF patcher and patch the iso, then install it. It's not possible to apply the existing PPF's to an already installed version of OSX86. It was my fault that I didn't read maxxuss webpage carefully. We can use the patcher sofware coming within the zip file to apply PPF to binary files, such as mach_kernel. http://www.paradogs.com/pdx_ppf3.htm There are several binaries for apply ppf patches.
