Hello,

I was able to install Mac and it's working perfectly, I have two HDDs and all my installation was working fine (well I had problems with linux, but didn't care) until yesterday, now right before it lets you select the operating system, where there is like a flashing line it stays there for about 30-40, sometimes a min after pressing down and then enter, then shows the list for a split of a second and goes where ever it had highlighted, so i can kind of get to the OS that I want but I think that is just going to get worst.

I have not done anything in linux, transferring files from the master (windows) to the slave (Mac) works perfectly, no updates on Mac (10.4.9) and I haven't done any on Windows for a while. It just happened it was working perfectly the times before that.

I would guess disconnect the slave (Mac), and re-install Linux, because when I installed Mac with both HDDs connected Linux (Kubuntu) gave me video problems, characters look huge I had no way of getting anywhere because it would take the whole screen.

Or should i try to install GRUB when I'm on windows or Mac and try if it works.

Thank you,

i wouldnt install grub for the life of me.... i still get random "grub" spam on my screen. I have done low level formats, partitioned my drive in 5 partitions, done the 35 x 0's pass for disk erase with mac startup disk and nothing gets rid of that darn thing.
