Simply start the powerbook in target disk mode, connect it to the qualified computer and install on to it from the drive that contains the install file. If you have your install disk on a dvd, you won't need the additional firewire port. Tried it on my G4 but found it to be slower than OSX 10.4.10 so I kicked it off.
