Hmmm ill check the BIOS, but if i remember correctly, since im on a dell laptop they dont really give me much control over any of the hardware components.

 

as for the geforce kexts i dont know how to check the ids and even if i did i wouldnt know what the ids are for my card. :/ if you can point me to a guide or something i'll give that a little looky. unfortunately my skills with mac os are limited.

 

 

and you have to stop by my house if you want the bananas :]

i looked around and i found where to look in my geforce kexts, but when i put in my hardware id, now it boots and i get to a blue screen, my mouse pointer flashes once and disappears and i cant seem to do anything. when i look at the system profiler, it tells me that my device id is 0x00c9 and that its revision 0x00a2. ive been plugging in the c9 not the a2. should i perhaps plug in the a2?

 

Edit:

I have gotten the old school macvidia driver to give me the resolution, but i neet the titan for the quality :/
