Just for information, CopyCatX is a very good backup program but will not backup the current OS disk from within itself. It unmounts the disk or partition that's being copied and remounts it when it's finished. In that way it is unlike Ghost 12 for windows. It cannot unmount the system disk. When you buy the program, it comes with a bootable (only with a real mac) DVD so you can run a mini OS from there and then in can unmount and copy any drive you want to backup. I created a USB thumbnail drive with OSX86 plus CopyCatX on it to overcome this limitation. I use CCX all the time for my Mac Pro.

SuperDuper is a very good program and really the best for OSX86 if you don't have an external boot device. I prefer CopyCatX though because for me, it is faster to make full backups and I've been using it for so long that I've just learned to trust it.
