New001
In OS X x86 build 8F1111g(a), I can achieve 60FPS with HT on (and maybe off), and 3x effect size interleaved. I tried a homebrew game, Tetanus on Drugs, it's a nice little (but unusual!) tetris clone for gameboy. Hmm, maybe now I'll try with 5x effect size and HT off. . . (because with every 1x effect size more, 4 times the data has to be pushed to the GPU) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/6471-boycott-advance-runs-well/ Share on other sites
New001
AFAIK, this runs under VESA (just tested it on my Dell Dimension 2400 - gives barely 25FPS, the colors are kind-of wrong/messed up). But it gives a warning dialog about not having harware acceleration, though it will run much faster with hardware accelerated video.
