I had bfg 6800 that worked perfect qe dual screen ect. died last week and i got a 8600 and as you guys know the damn thing dont work. So now im looking at a 7900 from what i see it is the best bet for dual screen with full support. dose anyone have suggestions on what 7900, i checked new egg and there are waaaaay to many options. im looking to go as cheep as possible because i still have the bfg 8600 waiting for a time when they work. Windows RG Posted September 27, 2007 Share Posted September 27, 2007 Well the 7900 is the best bet.... if you can find a 7950 go for it... but in my experience. XFX, PNY, and BFG are the best msnufactuers... if you get a 512 mb card make sure it isnt using 256 of the cards memory and 256 od the computers.. osx will only use 256 of it... most of the time it will freeze too.
