mcq3000
ok I wanna run OSX in my vmware machine especially after someone releases a half working vmware tools for OSX. Now I know and I have gotten 10.4.8 Jas version to boot and work in vmware but I relaly want to upgrade to 10.4.10 and no matter what I have tried it refuses to work, it installs 100% and everything but when it reboots and starts loading OSX drivers and files I get this message in vmware workstation ace v6. *** Virtual machine kernel stack fault (hardware reset) *** The virtual machine just suffered a stack fault in kernel mode. On a real computer, this would amount to a reset of the processor. It can be caused by an incorrect configuration of the virtual machine, a bug in the operating system, or a problem in the VMware Workstation software. Press OK to reboot virtual machine or Cancel to shut it down. what could be the problem? I setup machine as a v6 Other 64bit Guest OS. Also tried Other 32bit Guest OS with the same result Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/64431-installing-uphuck-1049-or-xxx-10410-causes-vmware-stack-fault-help/ Share on other sites
