rbp Posted September 23, 2007 Share Posted September 23, 2007 ok i have been searching through the forums and i know its possible. but i got my laptop preinstalled with vista, and i added xp so now i have multiboot vista+xp using VISTABootPro 3.3. is it possible for me to create a new partition on my hard drive for osx and install osx and then configure it so that i can boot vista,xp,and osx? if so, what guide should i follow because i have found quite a few. skyhighmac Posted September 25, 2007 Share Posted September 25, 2007 Yes. Just use your bootloader and make sure that you add your mac partition so you can boot from it. Guide, the installer is fairly simple. And without your specs i can tell much more. If you mean for the bootloader, look here. There are several possible bootloader methods you could use. The problem of course is that these guides are mostly 'lost' over time, since they're not stickied or referenced. Of course searching is key, but not an habit taken by InsMac users (well, the search engine isn't that good sometimes; searching with Google can be better).
