hello,

i was helping my friend upgrade from 10.8 to 10.9 and he now only gets a blue screen,

how can i load the main HD with read and write access, the disk only loads as read-only, so i can't drop files in it...

any help will be greatly appreciated..

thanks

you can access single user mode by pressing F8 as the computer boots and input -s in the darwin boot option.

type:

mount -uw /

Cheers,

cp -R /AppleAPIC.kext /system/library/extensions/

cp -R /IOATAFamily.kext /system/library/extensions/

cp -R /system.kext /system/library/extensions/

rm -rf /system/library/extensions.*
