midlandskatecom
Well, since I can't install directly to my SATA drive, could I install on to my ipod and then move it over to SATA after? midlandskatecom
well... strangely enough, the install seemingly finished but i couldn't boot to my ipod. and now my drive I is saying it's not formatted. So i cannot tell if this was pointless or not. Suggestions? Hakemon
You most likely can't boot to USB. Btw, you might have damaged the iPods structure... Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/63167-osx-on-an-ipod/#findComment-447337 Share on other sites
midlandskatecom
It's under Apple warranty, so damaging the iPod I am not too horribly worried about. EDIT: iPod is fine.
