thrunner
Generic-Tiger.iso from the Apple.OS.X.x86.10.4.Generic.Install.DVD download it hangs at start up screen, when i do a -v at start up it says "Still waiting for root device"Intel P4 3.0 (Prescott) Abit Sg-72 M/B ATI Radeon 9600 Seagate 80 GIG IDE HDD Thanks in advance! The SG-72 offers an ideal µATX Intel® Pentium® 4 platform for the value-conscious user. Based on the SIS 661FX chipset, the SG-72 delivers functionality found on premium Pentium® 4 motherboards, including Dual DDR 400 support, 6-channel audio, Intel® Hyper-Threading™ support, and an integrated SiS® Real256E GPU for advanced 256-bit 2D/3D performance. Do a search on SIS661 and "root device". There is not much support for the SIS chipset. The root device error usually denotes a mounting of HD problem either due to unsupported chipset or improperly setup of master/slave on the IDE. Make sure HD is on IDE0 master and not on a special controller (eg RAID).
