For me TV-OUT worked pretty much without any problems using the Natit 02 kext (the others didn't). I can't mirror my display on the TV (my monitor goes blank if I do that), but I can run it in "dualview", so for me it's enough at this point (watching movies, for instance). I'm using an ASUS 7600GS. Hope it helps you.

Sorry for not replying sooner. It's a bit tricky, I think, and I guess it all comes down to setting the correct permissions after you install the kext. On an older install, I tried to run the Natit 02 kext after installing Tiger, yet no matter what I did, it didn't have any effect whatsoever. Then I decided to run it RIGHT AFTER the install, when the computer reboots for the first time (I'm using Tubgirl's 10.4.10 AMD version, I installed the relevant nvidia NV40 driver from it). Instead of letting it boot into registration and all that, I inserted the up{censored} 1.4a DVD (it's good to have, as it has quite a lot of useful drivers/kexts) and installed the Natit 02 kext from there, instead of installing from the system after it boots. This method worked without flaw. After you boot for the first time into Tiger, click on System Preferences in the dock, then Display. Your connected TV should be recognized (click Detect Displays, Gather Windows, and then set your desired resolution for the TV). That's about it. If you don't want to install your system from scratch once again, then try to install the kext from within Tiger, but make sure to correctly set permissions, so that the kext loads properly.
