RedSox Posted September 5, 2007 Share Posted September 5, 2007 Just so you know, I spoke with someone who saw the new FCP. He said it was VERY apple like, and said it wasn't like iLife 08, but yet on the other hand it was a program that was very Apple like. My thoughts are that since they have reduced the iPhone, cut intro'd new nano's, new OS soon, I think we will see the CREATIVES get their apps, FCP and LOGIC, plus, even if there is no bump with these app's, we should get a speed bump with the 64 bit OS. I also noted that the windows VISTA 32 is faster with some audio apps and 64 is moot, wonder why that is? Whereas apple OS64 looks to be better at using 64 bits? Unix like systems have been using 64 bits for a way longer time than windows, and have better driver compatibility. And Mac OS Leopard will blow all of those away, driver wise.
