HooKed
OK guys heres the setup I have. Computer Compaq v2414NR with a Turion64 ML-28 (Laptop) 80 GIG drive DVD Burner DVD macosx_10.4.3_8f1111_for_dtk_userdvd.iso (patched and working on my Intel P4 so I know the DVD works good) OK my problem is that: 1. I am getting "Still waiting for root device error" which I am able to bypass by doing "rd=disk0s1" as you can see in the pic osx86 finds my fujitsu 80 gig(highlighted in yellow) 2. I get a error "kdp_poll" which looks like it is being caused by nfs_init (highlighted in green) What I have tried: rd=disk0s1 and 2 and disk1s1 and so on -x -v -f -s Switches (alone and in combos) My bios has no way of disabling the USB or Enabling DMA. I dont know what else to do I know Maxxus or jes or wesley can figure this out but they are probably busy so I would really appreciate it if you guys can help me out. Shimms
Rookie question. How do you make those changes? I assume I need to use Terminal, but would appreciate the step-by-step. Thanks. *bump* I too am experiencing this on an Acer Aspire 3500. SiS 661FX chipset, Celeron M 1.5 Anyone got ideas?
