Khid
My Video Card has everything supported but Rotate. My ABOUT THIS MAC is messed up, though. It's reading 3.8Ghz Unkown and 4gb 667 Mhz DDR SDRAM. It should be 3.6Ghz Core 2 Duo Quad and 4Gb of DDR2 - 1000. Is there a patch on the JaS 10.4.8 install to fix this issue? only happened after I used uPhuck's DVD to get NTFS editing working. =\ That DVD seems to break everything. Any solution for choppy quicktime playback? I can play the same 2k Resolution H.264 file (2000 x 1080) in Windows in Quicktime without a hitch. Khid
FSB fix didn't work. Went back to 8.8.1 Kernel and About This works. Reading 2 x 3.62Ghz Core 2 Duo which is right. Also reading my memory properly. However, 2k Resolution H264 refuses to playback properly in Quicktime or VLC. Will only playback smooth in Final Cut Pro. Must say that Windows XP plays back the 2000 x 1080 file flawlessly in Quicktime. =\ 1920 x 1080 plays back easy. Just my 2k and 4k video files won't. Any help appreciated. delish
its a minor curse of hackintosh, playback of 1080p isn't always very good Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/62410-choppy-quicktime-playback/#findComment-442452 Share on other sites
Khid
my 1080p playback is flawless. It's 2k and 4k that struggles. I can playback any 1080p file without issues and SOME 2k files. Just 2k H.264 doesn't seem to be doing so hot in OS X. Windows it's perfect.
