If you are talking about PXE boot server, I dont know anything about it

 

And what is 'windows linux'? Windows and Linux are 2 completely different OSes.

 

Please try and explain a little bit clearer and I could help you.

 

The first question is, how to you want to install it? Native or on VMware? Native is where you install it as a individual seperate operating system (dual booting with Windows and Linux if you want that.). You can also install it on VMware, which is where you run it as a virtual machine in a console running on Windows.

hehe yeh i know and the "and" is missing ^^

 

with my pxe boot sever i install windows and linux and many other os´s for many platforms (x86,x64,ppc,parisc,m68k etc) ... is my playground

and from time to time i can boot a complitly linux with pxe and nfs (dbox2) now i will to this with mac os x86

 

boot and install os x86 without cdrom but with pxe.... google says i need a os x server with runnung netboot :( why ?

 

isn´t possible to run darwin from pxe and install the rest from os x86 over nfs or smb or something ?

what is with bootcommands like linux for mach_kernel ?

 

:Linux

boot = vmlinuz

append = .... root=nfs:/bla/linuxroot video=radeon:1024x768 .....

 

:Mac OS

boot = mach_kernel

append = ..... root=nfs:/.....(osx86 install dir)

 

or so?

ok my question is very easy How to install OsX86 without CD-Rom ?

 

 

.... here one info all installs and questions for native running without dualboot i install osx on a seperate hdd in my pc ( /dev/hdb0 , /hda0 - 3 is ntfs)
