shinji257
The sigmatel 9200 chipset works fine with Mac OS X and the AppleHDA patcher. If you are at the official thread use the link that is provided that has some of the patch files. Get the file Sigmatel9200.txt and use that to patch the audio. It will work fine. fourwheeldrifter
thats all i need but glad i got mute funcitonality, apparently the dell 1405 etc guide: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...l=inspiron+640m has info to fix that but it hasn't worked so far for me, glad the volume control works properly now as well, i know about wireless and just waiting patiently and glad that its main use at the moment has convenient access to cat5 (ie my bedroom!!!) hope they solve it soon, if someone can advise the quickest way to create some sort of snapshot image that is quick and easy to recover i will happily test drivers to my hearts content!!
