This can happen with either of the two changes you mention. It's only cosmetic though. It doesn't actually change your CPU speed. About this Mac gets its info from a file named "AboutThisMac.strings". You can edit this file pretty easily. A search of this forum or a Google search will show you how to make the necessary changes.

I have another question. I have to CPU frequencies at the same time?! Once the right one 2.13 but also 3.8...

What's wrong here?

Hackintosh:~ gil$ sysctl -a hw | grep cpu

hw.ncpu: 2

hw.activecpu: 2

hw.physicalcpu: 2

hw.physicalcpu_max: 2

hw.logicalcpu: 2

hw.logicalcpu_max: 2

hw.cputype: 7

hw.cpusubtype: 4

hw.cpufamily: 1114597871

hw.cpufrequency: 2130000000

hw.cpufrequency_min: 3800000000

hw.cpufrequency_max: 3800000000

hw.ncpu = 2

hw.cpufrequency = 3800000000

hw.availcpu = 2
