Which .iso format?

I'm trying to convert back to .iso my uphuck 1.4i r3 DVD installer to burn it again with a slower speed of 4x and 1x. I'm using DMGConverter but which .iso format should I use? The options are:

 

ISO9660 Disk Image

Joliet extension to ISO9660

UDF filesystem

Cross Platform Hybrid images

Mac OS Extended/ISO (Joliet) Hybrid Images

Mac OS Extended/UFD Hybrid Images

ISO (Joliet)/UFD Hybrid Images

 

I don't know if UFD is a typo that actually means UDF.
