Hey guys, my name is Husain and i'm from the middle east "Bahrain", i just bought a new laptop with os vista which i hate, i would have rather bought a mac but could'nt affoard a mac book pro :blowup: . I was woundering is it possible to add Mac on my laptop? Does it have any problems with it? I know were to find the things just woundering is it possible and is it recomeded.

How do i find out what type of motherboard my laptop is? Cant find my processor on that neither =/. Appreciate all reply's :(

Use everest. It gives you a bucket load of info about your system. Look up the components Technobob mentioned and see if they are compatable with the latest OS X release.

Edit: I cant still seem to find my motherboard could it be because its a new laptop?

northbridge or southbridge is where all the info you need is. Can't remember which.
