rob356
I have an ATI Radeon x1300 512MB PCIe made By VisionTek. Here is a link to the card http://www.visiontek.com/products/cards/re...2_XGE_pcie.html I have used DiaboliK's x1300 Driver, all it resulted in was after the boot, when the background should come up my monitor turns off (Power saving mode when no input is recived). I have also tried the Naitt Universal installer, but whe I try to open it in OSX, is won't even open. I would like to be able to change the resulititon. Right now system Profiler says QE/CI is supported, but I am stuck in 1080x746 I am using Uphuck 10.4.9 v1.3 with and AMD Athalon 64 X2 @ 2.0 GHz Any help would be EXTREMLY Apreciated!! rob356
Fixed my own problem At boot I typed in "Graphics Mode"="1280x1024@60" with quotes. Now I have that res w/ QE/CI enabled. rob356
At boot after you hit F8 look at the top of the screen, if anywhere it says VESA 3.0 then type this, (With Quotes) "Graphics Mode"="1280x1024@60" If it says VESA 2.0 then type this, (With Quotes) "Graphics Mode"="1280x1024" Keep in mind that this dosen't work for all cards, but it could work for you, give it a shot, you can't hurt anything by doing this. If it works then I can tell you how to make the change permanant, so you don't have to type it in at boot everytime.
