Hey guys, I just got my new PC and installed Vista and OS -X...

Set up the boot, everything works fine for boot.

I started from the dvd and installed... and it installed w/o a hitch...

However, When it comes to first boot, it is giving kernel panic.

i tried many combinations of kernels. sse3v1 and v2 and universal ones all of them. I m kinda lost at the moment.

Kernel panic messages either "there are 4 arguments bla bla bla) backtracing to com.appple.driver.applecpumanagement or stg like that... when i remove that files (appleintelcpumanagement) than it look is gonna boot but than again, giving me different kernel panic saying local apic error...

I also tried the 10.4.8 jas version, which looks gonna work, but cant pass the diskarb isnt ready yet error...

My PC Specs:

Mobo: Asus P5N32-e sli (nforce 680i chipset

4gb ram

intel q6600 quad core cpu

1500gb hdd (500x3 at stripe raid)

Ati hd 2900 xt 512 mb pci-x vga

nvidia dual gigabit ethernet

On Pata side - I disable one of the two dvd-rw to add my old 300gb hdd so that i dont mess up the raid side...

I checke the hardware profile from dvd boot it shows usb working fine, ata working fine, however, there is somewhere i m missing...

Anyone have any suggestions?

Which OS -X?

Which kernel?

Which patches?

I just want this baby to boot to main screen...

I can figure out how to set up the audio, ethernet etc :D i did install os x before so kinda know what to do i just cant figure out which configuration...

Thanx in advance...
