Grey-Echo Posted August 11, 2007 Share Posted August 11, 2007 Make sure that any devices you'd like to use or are going to use the most are connected before you launch your installation DVD. This way, the operating system can get the upper-hand and install any drivers necessary, in turn recognizing the devices before you get into your OS for the first time. I had the same problem with my USB pen-drive and my Logitech USB Optical Mouse, as well as one of my MP3 devices. This solved my problem.
