errandwolfe
You can play any game made for Mac OS X. Keep in mind though that non-Universal (PowerPC) games will take a performance hit. Any software you buy now should have a sticker on it to indicate if it is a Universal (Intel & PPC) application. The logo looks like a yin-yang symbol but instead of black and white it's blue and light blue. Danyel
Hi An4rew: I am currently running some old Blizzard games on OSx86 (Diablo II, Starcraft and Warcraft III) because their CD-ROM's are dual format (support Windows and Mac). The games do run fine but take a performance hit running Rosetta (PowerPC) emulation. I downloaded few small Universal games that run just fine at full speed and support widescreen resolutions. This website has both PowerPC and Universal games: http://www.pure-mac.com/games.html --danyel Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/59524-new-games/#findComment-423889 Share on other sites
