Technobob
Deadmoo image used the first version leaked and it was 10.4.1 don't remember the build number. 10.4.2 was released but never made it to the net much before 10.4.3 was leaked. 10.4.3 first release was build 8F1099 then came 8F1111 and 8F1111a was a small update released by Apple with improvements to rosetta. 39thRonin
Technobob is right - one thing I'd add though is that I wouldn't even bother with the deadmoo stuff at this point. There are so many improvements to 10.4.3 that I'd view messing with the deadmoo stuff as a last resort sortof thing. There are several really nice sets of bits to make bootable DVDs for 10.4.3 - I'd start with one of those... Metrogirl
Agreed - 8F1111 + a is the way to go if you're doing a new installation. Deadmoo is just about dead. synth_addict
Quick question, I've nearly finished pulling down 8F1111. Is Jas's package, http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?showtopic=5710, the best approach to patching it to 8F1111a and for install on a SSE2 machine? Cheers. Technobob
We need your system specs to say if you have the right patch. I just finished installing 8F1111 using that patch and it's running fine for the last 2 hours.
