ekwipt Posted August 8, 2007 Share Posted August 8, 2007 Good thread, was going to start the exact same myself, Can't be mobile 965 (same as the Macbook pro) because they can put a Core 2 extreme in there..... that would be a qx6700 right? Here's hoping it's a p35 chipset, with the same audio as a Giga p35 dq6, then i'd be happy as larry..... murcielago585 Posted August 8, 2007 Author Share Posted August 8, 2007 no, its not the QX6700, its a new mobile version of the C2D extreme, i think x7800 or something like that (laptop veriosn),a the Qx is a quad. The thing still has an 800mhz FSB, haha, apple is pathetic with their desktops, using mobile processors...
