Can anyone rate my config for compatibility before I begin?

I'm maybe going to try installing uphuck 1.4a. Need expertz to look at the following hardware. Cheers all.

Thanks for replying. I think I might have a go at installing the latest tubgirl release, as from the forum it appears to be a bit better for certain configs.

 

I have an idea how I'll install- if anyone could just shout out NO! if this is a bad way to do things.

 

1. Make space on SATA drive using partition magic

2. 10gig FAT32 partition, formatted in windows xp

3. Reboot, run osx86 tubgirl install dvd

4. reformat partition as HFS from installer

5. Hopefull install runs OK, installs os x

6. Boot back into windows xp, set up xp bootloader

7. Test bootloader, boot new os x install

8. Profit!

 

My config is at the start of this thread, if anyone can point out some drivers I may need that aren't installed from the DVD it would be awesome too. I'm not expecting sound (ENVY32), but maybe I can get the nforce4 network to function, and Quartz 2DE...and read/write NTFS...with a little help from my friends :)
