Iceman Posted December 17, 2005 Share Posted December 17, 2005 Hi all, Today i installed Os X X86 10.4.3 (8f1111) All works perfect with my hardware (i915 motherboard gma900 video) I added two lines to com.apple.Boot.plist (Graphics 1280x1024 ecc...) Now i can boot into 1280x1024 and in Os X i have fully QE/CI 1280x1024 resolution. The (last) only problem is in Login screen (where to choose user login...) That is only in 1024x768. On my 10.4.1 installation (I've upgraded now), I got 1280x960 resolution in OS X, but my login screen was 800x600. It didn't really matter to me. Just be thankful you get 1280x1024 in OS X; I'm screwed at 1024x768 the whole time. If before this upgrade all worked like PPC version, i can't understand why now i sould accept this problem... I am sorry if you stay in 1024x768, but i chose my hardware ONLY to play with OS X X86. If is not working, consider that this is still dev. release. Probably you have to live with it.
