Guest IanP
Is there a way to get PowerPC applications to work with a computer only with SSE2? I can't use Firefox, Flash Player, openOffice.org, et cetera. I need help. Also, everytime I try to install Core Graphics, I reboot and it stays at the boot screen with the Apple logo, and goes no where else. And, obviously, I can't get Rosetta to work either. Help! The boys are right, you need to patch your installation, using Maxxuss patchs. Look for Maxxuss website. Will the patches work with the deadmoo installation? 39thRonin
I bet that by now, and knowing the number of folks who are members of this forum, there must be thousands of people able to use most PPC apps. Some, like Final Cut, require a bit of tweaking to run on x86 boxen, but almost anything else is useable and running. The poiters to Maxxuss are good to follow, but I'd add JaS as well - he just published a new install set today. Check out win2osx.org for more info.
