Indeed this is what very many users of this forum are trying to find out and have found out. If you apply some search techniques and read a little - perhaps visit the Wiki part - you'll be able to come up with at least a general idea and perhaps ask a more 'advanced' question regarding the matter. The answer to this question is not as easy as it is asked, like you did. I can tell you this - it isn't 42 - although some would like it to be If you don't want to do a little work yourself than perhaps you're best of getting yourself a genuine Mac - which is more or less hassle free and will work right out of the box.
